Christmas Time Tiramisù by HAK bloggers for a day

- 300 g gingerbread homemade or bought
Cinnamon Cream
- 500 g curd cheese
- 200 g coconut yogurt
- 4 tbsp. mascarpone
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 organic lemon zest
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2-3 tbsp. honey
Apple sauce
- 6 apples
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- 4 cloves
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Apple sauce
Wash the apples and cut them unpeeled in pieces.
Add the spices (preferrably in a tea filter bag) and steam the apples with some water in a saucepan with lid until they are soft.
You can also use a steam cooker: fill the apples and spices into an unperforated tin and steam at 100°C for 25 minutes.
Remove the spices and mix the apples in a blender until smooth. Let the apple sauce cool.
Layering the tiramisù
Alternate layers of apple sauce, gingerbread (bite-sized) and cream in glasses or a bowl.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and biscuit crumbs before serving.
The Christmas Time Tiramisù can be stored in the fridge for some days.
